Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refusing the order at delivery without a valid reason may result in denial of future service or account suspension.
2. Order Cancellation by Empire Store
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
Item is out of stock or unavailable
Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website
Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse
Delivery location is out of our serviceable area
Customer has a history of frequent order cancellations or returns
In such cases, if payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed time, the amount will be refunded via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
If your order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment is involved, so no refund will be processed.
4. Modification of Orders
Currently, we do not support modifications to an existing order once it is placed. You may cancel the order (if within the allowed window) and place a new one.
