Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order due to quality or service issues, we’re here to help.

Return and refund eligibility varies by product category, as explained below.


2. Perishable Items (Meat, Fresh Products)

Due to the nature of fresh meat and other perishable items, returns are not accepted unless:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect

  • You report the issue within 2 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos/videos as proof

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the item
    OR

  • A full or partial refund to the original payment method or as store credit


3. Non-Perishable Items (Groceries, Packaged Foods)

You may request a return for grocery items if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The packaging is intact

Once we inspect the returned item and approve the return, we will process a refund or replacement.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via:

  1. Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return

  2. Provide photo/video proof if applicable

  3. We will confirm eligibility and schedule a pickup (if needed)


5. Refund Timeline

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay or original payment method

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or via UPI transfer (if applicable)


6. Cancellations
  • You may cancel your order before dispatch or within 30 minutes of placing it, whichever comes first

  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted

  • In case of cancellation after payment but before dispatch, you will receive a full refund


7. Non-Refundable Items
  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Orders reported after the return window

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason


8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support product exchanges. For damaged or wrong items, you may request a replacement or refund.
